Young, but not Invincible

Young, feeling invincible, just wanting to have fun

Newly independent, breaking away from rules

Drinking with friends, party raided by police

One boy ran, fell from the balcony, tragic landing

A life lost

Young, facing grim reality, mourning a friend

Gathering for support, lighting candles, sharing memories

Feeling young

But not invincible

In memory of a classmate of my daughter, graduated from high school in May and just started college, died on Labor Day weekend…  May God help his family and friends

This is so sad. I pray for the family of this young man. They do think they are invincible and nothing will happen to them. So heartbreaking to read of these accidents.

  2. Tragic. Praying for God’s comfort for his family and friends.

  4. We never know how fleeting life can be, how saying goodbye is for the last time. I’m so sorry for your loss, for your daughter & for that boy’s family. My prayers are with you.
