the joke’s on us
Wind whips
Under cloudy sky
Brief flurries of
snow flakes fly
Did nature forget
Spring has sprung?

    I am reminded of the biggest snow of my childhood being on April 15 – snowdrifts up the sides of houses. Seems Nature is teasing with these April 1st flakes…concise and enchanting little poem!
